QUEEN OF THE FESTIVAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Scholarship Program promotes community service and is open to high school senior women who will be attending college. Three Scholarship Awards:

Queen will receive a $4,000 scholarship
-
2 princesses will receive a $2,000 scholarship each
-
2 finalists will receive a $1,000 scholarship each.
