We are currently seeking Parade entries for the 2008 festival.

The deadline to receive questionnaires is May 15, 2008. Please return the completed Parade Entrant Questionnaire Form to info@northfairoaksfestival.org or fax it to 650.365.9976.

The submission of a questionnaire does not automatically guarantee that you will be invited or that you are appearing in the North Fair Oaks Festival. All decisions by the Festival committee are final.
